Registration form for the corner

To register for The Chamber Music Corner, please submit this form electronically, and mail a check for $75 ($50 tuition deposit and $25 non-refundable registration fee). Cellists enrolling in The Cello Camp do not need to pay the $25 registration fee.

Checks for The Chamber Music Corner should be made payable to "The Cello Camp" and mailed to the address below. Please be sure to write your child's name in the memo portion of the check.

Complete registrations will be acknowledged via email when your check is received. Acceptance into the program is on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited. All students must have at least two to three years of instrumental study before entering the program unless special permission is granted by the director.

Tuition and Payment Schedule:

Tuition for The Chamber Music Corner is $225. Payments are due as follows:

At Registration: $75 Tuition Deposit + $25 Registration Fee

Balance Due Before July 15: $150

Cancellation policy:

Before July 15, full refund of tuition. After July 15, no refunds.
